If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return a purchase made from Veemart, we are pleased to offer refunds or exchanges, provided the items are in a fully resalable condition. The process of returning a product may be subject to restrictions depending on the nature and category of the product, as outlined in our cancellation policy and terms & conditions. It's important to note that certain items are excluded from our standard returns policy, including vegetables, frozen items, gift vouchers, beauty products, food products, food gift sets, and incense products. These products can only be returned in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with your statutory rights for the aforementioned products. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not suitable for its intended purpose, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Be prepared to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods.

You may return other unopened items within 3 days of receiving them, and subject to inspection and approval, we will process a refund or provide replacements as appropriate.

Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used for the original transaction, with deductions for postage and packaging charges. If your order qualified for free postage and packaging, we will subtract our postage and packaging costs from the refund. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct any additional charges we have incurred, such as credit card transaction fees, picking and packing expenses, restocking costs, packaging materials, and return postage fees.

To initiate a refund or replacement request, please contact us first via email, telephone, or our live chat feature on our website. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us for inspection. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as Veemart cannot be held liable for goods that are lost or damaged during transit.

In cases where uncollected packages are returned to us, including those containing fresh fruits and vegetables, a thorough inspection will be conducted before any refund is processed. Any products that may have been stained or damaged by the fruits and vegetables will not be eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that any items dispatched in error by us remain the property of Veemart. If you receive items that you did not order, please contact us within 2 days to arrange for their collection.
